This event takes place on 4th September from 4 to 7pm in the lovely Midleton Park Hotel. All profits go towards a sensory garden for Gaelscoil Ui Drisceoil.

This is a ticket only event. This is going to be an exclusive evening of all things wedding. Prosecco on arrival.
There will be a maximum of 100 tickets available.

Each person who attends will get a goody bag worth at least €30. It will contain lots of ‘weddingy’ items (see pictures at bottom of post.

Prosecco will be served on arrival.

Only the best wedding suppliers will be in attendance (a maximum of 30)

Live hair and make up demos.

All proceeds from our Wedding Fairs go to the chosen charity.

The first one is on the 31st January and is our first in lovely west cork. It takes place in the Celtic Ross Hotel from 1pm to 5pm. There will be lots of fabulous wedding suppliers in attendence where engaged couples can meet and book their suppliers for their big day.

Wedding Fair number 2 of 2016 is on the 7th February in the Midleton Park Hotel from 1.30 to 5. Meet the wedding suppliers of cork and book your favourite ones. There will be a fashion show organised by Diamond Bridal at 4pm with all of the current bridal trends on show.

We raised €4,822.33 for this fantastic Cork based charity who do amazing work for children and adults with disabilities. Thanks especially to Alice-Anne Oliver and Jennifer Dowler from the charity for all of their help in organising the day.

Thank You so much to all of the amazing suppliers who took part and thank you to everyone who attended the wedding fair.  Thanks also to all of the suppliers who donated spot prizes and auction prizes.  I was overwhelmed by everyones generosity.

Thanks to Claire Barry from White Sage Events for giving a wedding workshop on the day.

Thanks also to the lovely Radisson Blu Hotel,Little Island for allowing us to host our wedding fair there for the 2nd time.

The fashion show was a great success with Grace from Diamond Bridal organising it yet again. Thanks so much grace for all your hard work. There were dresses from Diamond Bridal and Sue Pearse Designs and jewellery and head pieces from Lady Lucy Jewellery and Lavinias Jewelery. The models carried flowers from Cork Weddings and Events and Wild Heather” Eibhlin Walsh-Boland Freelance Florist and a Brooch Bouquet by Fairy Godmother Weddings. Hair was done by – Upstyle Junkie, Hair Passion Art Salon, Jennifer O’Byrne and A Touch of Elegance. Make Up was by – Make-Up by Andrea Murphy, Sahara Make Up, Beauty Strokes and Absolutely Divine Make-Up Artist Cork.

The Fashion show was MC’d by Crux Entertainment.
Thanks to Colin and Shane for all of your help again.  Phoenix played before the fashion show to entertain the huge crowd there.  The beautiful Siobhan Oliver Soprano also sang before the fashion show.

The models all gave their time free of charge and did a really incredible job. Thank You all so much. Catherine Cronin and Jacqui Murphy also modeled for our photo shoot. What beautiful ladies.

Thanks to the fabulous volunteers from IDFD for coming along on the day with the beautiful dogs. The dogs stole the show. Thanks especially to Marnie and Kathleen.

We had a really exciting day on Monday 11th February when Rose Gowan Photography and Darren OMahony Videographer photographed and videoed our 3 lovely models to promote our Charity Wedding Fair on 24th March 2013 in the Radisson Hotel, Little Island.   Please come along an support this wonderful charity.  Tickets can be purchased on the door and cost €5 per person. Children are free.  Every euro raised goes directly to the charity.

The Wedding Fair is in aid of Irish Dogs for the Disabled which is a small Cork Based charity who provide assistance dogs for Children and Adults with disabilities.  They also provide Stability dogs to help children to walk. The charity was set up by Jennifer Dowler who works tirelessly for the cause.  Unfortunately they have had to close their waiting lists due to a lack of money.  Their waiting list is now 5 years long.  For a small charity like this every cent counts.

The location of the shoot was the lovely Ditchley House in the Radisson Hotel, Cork.  Our models were Catherine Cronin, Jacqui Murphy and Kate McCarthy and the 2 assistance puppies Fern and Cain.

Audrey from Upstyle Junkie and Andrea from Make Up By Andrea Murphy did the hair and Make Up for the shoot.  The beautiful dresses were supplied by Diamond Bridal.

Trace Of Cakes suppled a beautiful Cake.  Imagination Attic provided lovely invitations.  Colourgreen made the cute outfits for the Dogs.  The jewellery was supplied by The Bead Lady and the flowers were from Paper Petals and Cork Weddings and Events.

Thanks to everyone who helped out on the day and gave their time and expertise to promote the Wedding Fair.  Thanks also to Marnie and Kathleen who gave up their day to bring the dogs along for the shoot.
